This is the social contract of the desk. File a pair, join the letter, or cite a number only if you can live with the following.
We <3 open weights
The catalog exists so inference does not need a landlord. Official, uncensored, and abliterated builds are in scope when a named chip ran them. Closed APIs have no pair here until they publish one.
A pair is a sentence with a URL
You do not own a rank. You own a quote. Source handle and proof link stay attached. If you file a capture, you represent that the quote is from that URL and you did not invent the tok/s.
No composite score
We will not roll decode, prefill, VRAM, and price into a brand number. If a downstream tool does, that is not OWterminal.
Street tape is a print, not a live feed
Used-box prices may be sample or filed. They are not a brokerage. Buying and selling hardware is between you and the other desk.
What we keep when you join the letter
Email, locale if known, and a timestamp. That is enough to write. We do not put letter emails in the public catalog. The catalog itself is quotes, not people.
Dvidia
OWterminal is a product of dvidia.org. Completions sold on idle Apple silicon (and later Spark) are a different product, with a different meter. This desk remains the public tape for measured open-weight pairs.
