Terms of service
OWterminal is a measurement desk operated as a product of dvidia.org. These terms cover use of owterminal.com, the street letter, and any capture you file.
The desk is a catalog, not a store
Listings, street prints, and used-box prices are reported figures, not offers to sell. There is no checkout. Dvidia may operate other products (including idle-silicon completions at dvidia.org) under their own terms.
Pairs are quotes
Every tok/s on the board is a claimed capture with a proof link. Status is claimed, reproduced, or harness-locked. We do not warrant that a number will reproduce on your box. Rank is ordinal inside a filter — never a composite score, never an endorsement.
Street letter
If you file an email, we send the tape when pairs print or a box reprices. One list. Unsubscribe on every letter. We do not sell the list. See the desk agreement for what we store.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape in a way that impersonates a pair, forge proof links, or dump the letter list. Do not use the desk to traffic in malware weights presented as measured pairs.
No warranty
The catalog is provided as-is. Hardware burns. Quantizations drift. A 351 tok/s print is a sentence someone wrote, not a contract with your 5090.
