Privacy
A call is not stored. The prompt is gone after the reply is claimed. Settlement is a shielded Zcash memo, not an account of what you asked. The weight can be uncensored. The call is still private.
Why that mattersThe mid
Official input and output prices are the OpenRouter mid on 2026-09-24. The ask is that mid. A liberated weight asks 35% more, because the weight can be taken down and the official price cannot see that.
Lode
Lode is not the token price. The token price falls as electricity and frontier models get cheaper. Lode is a capped coin for having served an open weight to someone else, while that was still possible.

The host clears 80% of the ask. 20% of the ZEC is the liquidity side, not a second fee. A live book multiplies the mid by demand over quoted tok/s once the pool reports both. This table does not invent that tightness.
How a coin is mined
- Cap 21,000,000 Lode. Unminted coins are not printed to fill it.
- Only output tokens served to a different funded key count. Serving yourself does not.
- An era ends at 1,000,000,000 credited tokens or 90 days, whichever is first. The next era mints half as many coins per token.
- Quoted tok/s is a ceiling: you cannot claim more tokens than decode times seconds online. It is not a multiplier. Multiplying by tok/s pays the smallest model twice.
- Bench is a slow weight, 1 for a flash, 2 for a 27B-class, 4 for GLM 5.3. A liberated serve weighs 1.5×. Weights only change your share of a fixed mint.
- One million tokens, alone, in era 0, mints 10,500 Lode. Against other hosts, bench and liberation decide the split. They do not mint a larger cap.
If each era fills

| 3 | 1.31M | 19.69M |
| 4 | 656k | 20.34M |
| 5 | 328k | 20.67M |
| 6 | 164k | 20.84M |

Why the coin is not pegged to the token price
Frontier labs will sell intelligence cheaper. Electricity gets cheaper. A rebate tied to today’s $/Mtok goes to zero with them. What does not get cheaper is an uncensored weight that a lab or a government can simply remove. Lode pays for keeping that weight served. Zcash pays for the electricity. Twenty percent of the ZEC, and the same share of the coins, sit as protocol-owned liquidity so the coin has a market without anyone selling the treasury.
Not issued. No chain. No order book yet. The pool is where a machine joins.
